You can set a priority to each type of event Each type of event in the Incident handler can be assigned a priority by which the operator can sort the events. By default, events have zero priority.

To do this:

  1. Go to the settings panel of the Incident manager handler object and select the Main tab.
  2. Add the required number of priorities to the Priority localization template table. To add a row to the table, select the last row and press the ↓ key on the keyboard. To delete rows from the table, use the Ctrl + Del key combination.
    1. The Priority column (1) is used to set the priority numberlevel.
    2. The Value column (2) is used to set the priority

      description. If the priority description is set, then it will be displayed in the Incident

  3. For each type of event, set the number level of the corresponding priority (see Creating and configuring the logic of event handling in the Incident manager Selecting events to display and handle).
  4. Click the Apply button.
