1. Improved the Incident manager:

   1. changed the element names in the event handling logic to more comprehensible ones;
   2. renamed chief interfaces to escalation interfaces;
   3. added scrolling within the logic configuration window;
   4. renamed the buttons for adding an image when processing an event;
   5. added limitation of the number of columns limitation to 100 when displaying the event processing steps to 100;
   6. now the progress of event processing is automatically saved at the last logic step taken. If the operator starts processing the event and logs out, the event will be available to any operator to complete the processing;
   7. improved the events escalation:
      1. The event status now displays the last name of the operator who escalated it.

      2. The event is escalated in the same state as at the time of escalation: if the operator started processing, then the event will be at an incomplete stage of processing

2. The build includes new versions of AxxonPlayer and AxxonPlayer Portable 2.5.0.
3. Now the Map interface window can be moved manually Setting up the location of the map on the screen Image Added
4. Added the ability to loop the playback of sound files for incoming, forwarding and holding calls to the SIP terminal.
5. Updated the Live sound switch object interface and localization, and added new features:
   1. the list of microphones and speakers can be set in the settings;
   2. microphones and speakers can be connected with each other and the setting can be saved as a template;
   3. the list of devices can be sorted by number or name;
   4. the sound files for playback can be set, looped if necessary, and played in the interface;
   5. the speakers connected to the microphone are now indicated;
   6. added search for devices and templates.

6. MatrixCodeReader and HubSearch are no longer included in the Intellect software package.

Run the newer version installation program and install Intellect over the older version 4.11.2 or earlier. No need for uninstalling.
