Tag&Track Pro are listed in the Drivers Pack documentation. When connecting via the ONVIF protocol, Absolute Positioning support is also required. Contact camera vendor for Information on the Absolute Positioning support in the ONVIF protocol. |
For the Tag&Track Pro function to operate, the video cameras should be positioned on the top facing the flat surface , mount the cameras at the top of the scene, so that you can track motion on the plane (floor, ground) from abovewhere the objects are moving.
You have to point panoramic and PTZ cameras The overview and the PTZ video cameras should be pointed in the same direction and be close to each other. If they are far from each other, they can interpret the scene differently. Because of this, sometimes the algorithm may not operate correctly.
For all objects from the overview video camera, the corresponding pan coordinates should be in the range from 0° to 180°, or from −180° to 0°.
