To disable the prompts, do the following:

  1. Go to Settings → Options  Options (1) → User interfaceInterface (1–2).

  2. Clear the Show prompts check box checkbox (3).
  3. Click the Apply to save the changesbutton.

Tooltips Prompts are now disabled. Tooltips You can be re-enabled prompts by simply selecting setting the Show prompts  check box checkbox.
