To configure the Web-Client, you need to:

  1. Click Image Removed in Image Added in the top-right corner and select Preferences.

  2. By default, switching when you switch to another tab or collapsing in the browser window stops the transmission of video streams. To preserve the transmission, you can clear the corresponding parameter (1).

  3. By default, if a layout with several cameras is open on the screen, then only key frames (I-frames) are displayed for all H.264 format cameras. If you select a specific video camera, all frames will be displayed. In order If your layout contains several camera windows, only I-frames (key frames) will be displayed for H.264 cameras by default. Selecting a particular camera sets its window to display all frames. If you need to display all frames in H.264 video format, regardless of the camera statuswhether a video camera is selected or not, activate the Show all frames option (2).  This setting is common for all Web Client users in a particular browser.
  4. By default, fast archive playback uses the H.264 codec . If required, you can use MJPEG codec by setting the Use MGPEG is used for fast archive playback. In order to use the MJPEG codec, activate the Use MJPEG for fast archive playback parameter  option (3).    This setting is common for to all Web-Client users in a particular browser.
  5. If you need to To position the retrieved video in the center of the screen,  activate activate the Scroll Selected selected search result to the center center option (4).    This setting is common for to all Web-Client users in a particular browser.
  6. Set the default interval for Time Slice (5, see Types of Archive archive search available via in the Web-Client).

  7. By default, the Cameras cameras panel does not hide itself close after you select a device. If you need to hide To minimize the panel, deselect deactivate the Manually open and close checkbox  option (6).    This setting is common for to all Web-Client users in a particular browser.
  8. When you select a camera in  Cameras Panelin cameras panel, the layout featuring this camera's window opens. If there are several such layouts, then the one with fewer cells is selected. To expand camera view to full screen, disable  Open selected cam in the layout (7). deactivate the Open selected camera on layout option (7). 

  9. By default, only enabled cameras are displayed in the Web-Client. In order for the Web-Client to display all cameras, deactivate the Show only live cameras option (8). This setting is common to all Web-Client users in a particular browser.
  10. By default, the Web-Client cameras display the Server time. In order for the Web-Client cameras to display the PC time, deactivate the Use server timezone option (9). This setting is common to all Web-Client users in a particular browser.
  11. By default, the Web-Client displays time in 24-hour format. In order for the time to be displayed in 12-hour format, activate the Use 12 hour time format in the calendar option (10). This setting is common to all Web-Client users in a particular browser.
  12. Click the Image Added  Click the Image Removed button.
