INTELLECT™ software Axxon PSIM has the option of showing captions for a list of cameras that are displayed in the Monitor interface boxwindow. This option is enabled by default. In large distributed systems, it is recommended to disable captions on those monitors where captions are not planned to be shown in order to decrease the number of redundant events.    events.

This setting affects the display of frames around detected objects or abandoned objects (see Smart video detection tools operation) when viewing archive:

  • if the Show captions checkbox is clear, the frames generated by the VMDA smart video detection tools aren't displayed;
  • if the Show captions checkbox is set, the frames will be displayed.

To disable the option of captions showing, do the following:

  1. Go to the Basic settings tab on the settings panel for of the Monitor interface object.

  2. To disable the titles showing menu, uncheck the Clear the Show captions checkbox in the Basic settings tab (1).
  3. Click the Apply button to save the changes (2).

The option of captions showing is disabled.
