To start working with the TestAppTMD.exe utility, it is necessary to open a video file, on the template of which the Intellivision IV vehicle detection module will be configured.

To open a video file in the TestAppTMD.exe utility, do the following:

1. From the File menu, select Open Video.
   

2. In the standard window for opening Windows files, select a video file and click the Open button.

   The appropriate codec for the opened video file should be installed in the system. Otherwise, an error occurs when opening the video file.

   As a result, the Area editor window opens, in which the settings file for the Intellivision IV vehicle detection module is created.
