Configuring a Biometric Identification the Axxon PSIM biometric identification Server is required if the controller/terminal is configured for the Server identification system mode (see Configuring the BioSmart UniPass controller and Biosmart Configuring the BioSmart PV-WTC terminal).

To configure the Axxon PSIM biometric identification Server, do the followingThe Biometric Identification Server is set as follows:

  1. Go to the settings panel of the Biosmart Palm Vein head object BioSmart parent object.

  2. In the Identification Server server group, select Yes from the Use drop-down list (1).
  3. In the Local IP field (2) field, enter the local IP address of the Axxon PSIM Biometric Identification Serverserver.
  4. In the Local port field (3) field, select the local port number of the Axxon PSIM Biometric Identification Serverserver.
  5. From the Matching accuracy drop-down list (4) drop-down list , select the precision of matchingmatching accuracy of the palmprint and the palmprint stored in the controller/terminal: Maximum (default), High, Normal, Low, Lower, Minimum.

  6. Set the Anti-fake checkbox (5) to enable protection of biometric readers from bringing objects other than the palm of the hand (so that the controller does not react, for example, on palm photo).
  7. Click the Apply button to save the changes (4).
