To configure user access to General reports, do the following:

  1. Go to the General reports > reports tab Access to reports tab.

  2. In the Users  table > roles table, select a user for which who you want to configure the access is configured to reports (1).

    The user must have a role with the right to perform the Operator of general reports system operations. For details on role configuration, see Set up the roles.


  3. The list of available reports for the selected user is will be displayed in the the Access to user reports table (2).

  4. Set the checkboxes next to the reports to which will be enabled for the selected user must have access.

  5. Click the Save button (3).
