Report by event allows viewing information on selected events including what shop and checkout lane they took place in, what cashier performed specified actions.

In order to generate a report by event, the POS-terminal object should be setup and configured in the Intellect create the event report, you must first create and configure the POS terminal object in POS PSIM (see The POS - terminal object setup). |

You can use templates when you create a report. To add a new template, click Report templates→New template and fill in the Name and Description fields. |

The template will use the selected parameters of the current report. Templates work the same way as templates in the scheduler and can be used interchangeably. When you create a response using a template, click Report templates at the top of the page and select the required template from the list of saved templates (the required template is highlighted). As a result, the parameters of the current report are updated according to the selected template. |
The event report allows displaying the information on the selected events, including the shop and the POS terminal where they occurred and what cashier performed the specified actions.
To create the event report:

that must be displayed in the report by

Click All to select every item on the list or None to remove selection (1). |
setting the corresponding checkboxes in the list. Click All to set all checkboxes in the list. Click None to clear all checkboxes. To expand the event structure, click Show all. To hide the event structure, click Hide all.

This field is mandatory: the report won't be created if no value is selected. If you try to create a report, a warning message will alert you that you must select at least one value from the list. |
As a result, a general summary table of cashiers and events is displayed according to the specified parameters. A total of events for a cashier is displayed in the event type columncolumns.
In order to save the general event report in .xls format, click the Save button.
