Podemos garantizar la correcta restauración de una configuración si:

  • se creó una copia de seguridad en la misma versión del programa (incluyendo el número de compilación).
  • se creó una copia de seguridad en el mismo equipo (en licencias sin llave Guardant).

La información sobre la versión del producto y el HID del ordenador viene recogida en el archivo JSON en la carpeta de configuración guardada

We can guarantee that your configuration will be fully recovered if:

  • the backup was created on the same software version (including the build number);
  • the backup was created on the same PC (for licensing without the Guardant key).

The information about the product version and the PC's HID can be found in a JSON file in the saved configuration folder.

To successfully restore a configuration, please ensure that the current Server name is exactly the same as the Server name in the backup configuration.

To restore a configuration:

  1. On the main page of the Backup and restore utility, set the switch to the Restore position.

    A window then opens for configuring restoration of the configuration.
  2. In the field (1), specify the file containing the configuration backup.

  3. After the file is opened, the servers on the current domain are displayed in the other field (2). You can select a server in the list only if it is on the domain and the open file contains the corresponding backup. To start restoration, click the Next button.

  4. When restoration is complete, a message informs of successful completion.

  5. To close the window, click the Finish button.

Restoration of the configuration is now complete.

Atención

Para restaurar la configuración correctamente, el nombre del servidor en ejecución en ese momento debe coincidir con el nombre del servidor de la copia de seguridad de la configuración.

Si desea restaurar la configuración del sistema, siga estos pasos:

  1. Seleccione Restaurar en la página principal de la herramienta para Copia de seguridad y restaurar configuración.

    A continuación, se abrirá una ventana para configurar los parámetros de restauración de la configuración del sistema.
  2. En el campo Seleccionar fichero con copia de seguridad (1) indique el archivo que contiene la copia de seguridad de la configuración creada anteriormente.

  3. Una vez haya abierto el fichero, en el campo Seleccionar servidores (2) se mostrarán los servidores del dominio actuales. Puede seleccionar el servidor de la lista únicamente si este se encuentra presente en el dominio y el archivo que se abre contiene la correspondiente copia de seguridad. Haga clic en Siguientepara iniciar el proceso de restauración de la configuración. 
    La información sobre el progreso de la restauración se muestra en la siguiente ventana.

  4. La restauración de la configuración finaliza cuando aparece una ventana con un mensaje indicando que la operación ha concluido correctamente.

  5. Para cerrar la ventana, haga clic en Finalizar.

La restauración de la configuración se ha completado.
