  • To use Tag&Track Pro, make sure your PTZ camera supports Absolute Positioning. The devices that support Tag&Track Pro are listed in the Drivers Pack documentation.
  • When connecting via the ONVIF protocol, Absolute Positioning support is also required. Contact camera manufacturer for information on the Absolute Positioning support via the ONVIF protocol.
  • You cannot use fisheye cameras.

For the Tag&Track Pro function to operate, the video cameras should must be positioned on the top facing the flat surface (floor, ground) where the objects are moving.

The overview and the PTZ video cameras should must be pointed in the same direction and be close to each other. If they are far from each other, they can interpret the scene differently. Because of this, sometimes the algorithm may can not operate correctly.

For all objects from the overview video camera, the corresponding pan coordinates should must be in the range from 0° to 180°, or from −180° to 0°.In addition, the overview video cameras should meet the following requirements: Video requirements for scene analytics detection tools.
