In the Axxon One VMS, you can create lists of vehicle numbers groups and configure configure macros to run the automatic system reactions upon any of the following events:

1. If the target number shows up in the selected vehicles group.
2. If the target number does not show up in the selected vehicles group.
3. Recognition of a specific number from the selected vehicles group.
4. If the target number does not show up in all available vehicles groups.
5. Recognition of any number from any vehicles group.

To do it, follow the steps below:

based on the created lists of license plates (see LPs (AxxonNet), LPs in Axxon Datacenter, LPs in AxxonData), when:

• the recognized license plate is present in the selected list;
• the recognized license plate is absent in the selected list;
• it is necessary to recognize the presence of the specific license plate from a list;
• it is necessary to recognize the absence of the specific license plate from a list;
• the recognized license plate is absent in all created lists.

To do this, do the following:

1. Connect Axxon-domain to AxxonNet/AxxonData/Axxon Datacenter (see Configuring a domain in AxxonNet, Configuring a domain in AxxonData, Configuring a domain in Axxon Datacenter).
2. Create a license plate detector (see Category: Vehicle).
3. Enable the Check in lists parameter in the settings of the license plate detector (see Configuring the License plate recognition VT, Configuring the License plate recognition IV, Configuring the License plate recognition RR, Configuring the License plate recognition RR—Search in archive, Configuring License plate recognition RR—Parking, Configuring the License plate recognition BRS)Activate the Real-time Recognition parameter for the required detection tools (see Configuring License plate recognition (VT)).
4. Create one or more
Lists of LPs (see Lists of vehicle numbers). Configure automatic responses to positive identification against the list (see Configuring macros when working with vehicles groups
5. lists of license plates in AxxonNet/AxxonData (see LPs (AxxonNet), LPs in AxxonData, LPs in Axxon Datacenter). 
6. Synchronize created lists of license plates with a specific domain (see Synchronizing a list of LPs with the domain and exporting (AxxonNet), Synchronizing a list of LPs with the domain and exporting in AxxonData, Synchronizing a list of LPs with the domain and exporting in Axxon Datacenter).
7. Select the condition to start the macro (see Configuring start conditions, Configuring macros when working with lists of license plates).
8. Select one or more actions to start the macro (see Examples of macros).
9. If necessary, configure information boards to display the information from the macro start (see Examples of macros used when working with lists of license plates, Configuring an Event Board, Configuring a Dialog Board).
