If you have permissions, the Objects Panel displays cameras from all servers Servers in the Axxon-domain, as well as their sensors and relays.

The Objects Panel is located on the left side of the monitor and is hidden by default. To open this panel, click the button in the upper left corner of the screen.

On Object Panel, the cameras can be sorted either by name or by a short name (see Configuring camera sorting on Objects Panel). |
The objects tree on the Objects Panel can be represented as:
- Servers (1): all available Servers of the Axxon-domain with created devices are displayed;
- Groups (2): all created camera groups are displayed (see Configuring video camera groups);
- Layouts (3): all available layouts with video cameras added to them are displayed (see Creating and deleting layouts).
When you click on a layout name in the object tree, the corresponding layout is selected from the list. When you click on the camera name, if it is absent on the current layout, the layout with the selected camera will open.
There are two display modes for the camera selected on the panel:
- The camera cell is displayed in the existing layout (default mode, to open it click ).
- A temporary layout with a camera cell is created (to open it click ).
The display mode toggle buttons are located in the lower left corner of the screen. The selected display mode is saved until the client is restarted.
If the camera connection is lost, it will be highlighted in red on the Objects Panel.
If you have no connection to a camera, then it will be colored red on Object Panel.
The object tree on the panel can be represented as Servers (1), Groups (2) and Layouts (3).
If you select a camera on the panel, a layout opens with the minimum number of cells for displaying the selected camera viewsit will be the same as if you selected a camera on the video camera search panel (see Camera Search Panel).

To search for objects inside the panel, use the search bar, same as the search panel for video cameras (see Camera Search Panel). If you specify the search query in the search bar, then the Objects Panel will display only those cameras that match the search conditions (see Camera Search Panel). On the Objects panel, the cameras can be sorted either by name or short name (see Configuring camera sorting on Objects Panel)The search results are displayed in the Objects Panel dynamically − as users type and refine their queries. |
To lock the panel, click the its bottom the lower left corner. Press Click the button to unlock the panel.
button inYou can resize the Objects Panel according to your needs. To do this, left-click and drag on the right border of the panel and drag it to the right or left.
To hide the panel, click the button button.
