To switch from a different surveillance mode to the Archive mode, click the Playback tab tab in the lower - right corner of the Camera WindowSurveillance window.

  • If a camera is in the Archive mode and video is paused, then after you drag another camera into its cell (from the objects tree, search panel or map), the new camera remains in the Archive mode with video paused. If the video is played back, the new camera is also displayed in the Archive view mode with video played black.

You can also switch from the Live Video mode to the Archive mode if you select a position on using the advanced archive navigation panel (see Advanced Archive Navigation Panel).
