You can export snapshots frames at any time when working with a camera in Axxon One.
To export a snapshotframe, do the following:
- If exporting you want to export from an archive mode or archive analysis mode, specify an export area and mask if necessary (see the Configuring export area and masks section).
In the viewing tile surveillance window, in the upper-right corner, click the button.
Note title Attention! To instantly export a frame with standard settings (see Configuring export options), right-click the button.
Specify the folder to which you want to export the snapshot frame (1).
Info title Note. By default, snapshots frames are exported to the folder specified in the export settings (see the Configuring export sectionoptions). If you change this folder, the new path to the exported files will be kept in memory until the Client restarts.
Select the date and time for of a snapshot frame (2). The By default setting is , the current frame currently displayed is selected in the viewing tile surveillance window. If you are watching recorded an archive video, then the snapshot with the frame that was displayed at the time when you hit clicked the button is selected.
Info title Note. If you are watching a live video, then the snapshot with the frame that was displayed at the time when you hit clicked the button will be exported. Date Date and time fields are not displayed.
- Select the snapshot frame format: PDF or JPG (3).
If you want to export a snapshot frame to an encrypted zip archive, set a an archive password (4).
Note title Attention! This setting may be overridden by Setting a password will be mandatory if it is specified in the user role settings (see Creating and configuring roles Roles).
- If exporting you exports a snapshot frame to PDF format, you can add comments (5).
To export unmasked frames from the Video Footage(see Configuring privacy masking in archive), the user must have appropriate access rights. To perform such an export, check set the View masked video box checkbox (6).
Enter the credentials of the supervisor who confirms the launch of export (7).
Info title Note The supervisor enters their password only if it is required by user rights role settings (see Roles). If no export confirmation is required, these fields will not be displayed.
- If exporting you export to PDF, you can immediately send the file to print (8). In this case, the snapshot frame is not saved to disk.
- To export the snapshotframe, click the corresponding button (9).
Export begins. Progress is shown in the export panel (see the Viewing export progress section).
Export of the frame is now complete. The frame exported to JPG will also be placed on the Clipboardclipboard.
