To create a new layout in the Web-Client, do as follows:

1. Click the Image Modified

   button

    button and

   choose

   select one of the standard layout types.

   A layout will be created, displaying the video images from the cameras in real time from the list of the Cameras panel.
   
   Image Modified
   By default, the layouts display only active cameras. If you want the layout to display all available cameras, including inactive, disable the Show only live cameras parameter in the Web-Client settings (see Web-Client configuration).
   After this, in the Hardware panel, video cameras will be highlighted in the following colors:

   • white if they are active;

   • orange if they are inactive (turned off in the Axxon One configuration);

   • red if they are active, but with no signal.

2. You can add new columns or rows of cells using arrows on the layout boundaries (similar to the main Client, see Adding new cells to a layout).

   When editing a layout, the buttons to undo and redo the last action are available Image Modified.

   
   

3. You can resize the cells using arrows on the cell boundaries (similar to the main Client, see Resizing cells).
4. Add video cameras to the cells. To do this, drag & drop a camera from the Cameras panel (see Searching for video cameras in the Web-Client).

5. Select the default stream for each video camera from the Quality list. Use the buttons at the top of the screen to select quality for all camera layouts.

   The numbers above the quality buttons indicate the number of video streams of a certain quality. Image RemovedImage Added In this example, there are four video surveillance windows on three Surveillance windows on the layout: the stream quality is automatically selected in two windows (see Selecting video stream quality in a viewing tile Surveillance window (GreenStream)), one window displays a high-quality video stream, and another window displays a low-quality video stream.

   
   

6. Click the Save button.

   To undo the layout creation, click the Cancel button.
   

The layout is created.

Double left-click on the viewing tile Surveillance window to open a temporary layout with this Surveillance window:

To video window. To return to the original view of the layout, double-click on the video image Surveillance window again.
