Installation

To install the private License Server in Windows OS, do the following:

1. Create an activation request (see Creating an activation request).

Из полученного от менеджера компании ITV пакета запустить файл setup.exe. Установка будет выполнена в каталог 
12. Run the License-server.msi file from the package, received from an AxxonSoft manager. The installation will be performed in the C:\Program Files\Common Files\VMS\VMS License Server directory.
    
После установки будут добавлены:
13. В Программы и компоненты добавится программа VMS License Server.
В Службы добавится служба 
14. After the installation, the following will be added:
    
    1. The VMS License Server program will be added to Programs and Features.
    2. The VMS_License_Service
, которая будет запущена сразу после установки. После перезагрузки Сервера служба будет запускаться автоматически. В Диспетчер задач в Процессы процесс запущенной службы называется

Остановить службу 
18. Stop the

Добавить Серверный ключ Сервера
20. Add the server.license.key
в папку
21. to the C:\Program Files\Common Files\VMS\VMS License Server\keys folder.
Переименовать приватный ключ 
22. Rename the ngp.licserver.key private key
в
23. to ls.key
и сертификат
24. and the ngp.licserver.crt
в
25. certificate to ls.crt
 и добавить их в папку
26. and add them to the C:\Program Files\Common Files\VMS\VMS License Server
, согласившись с заменой файлов.

Запустить службу

Остановить службу 
30. Stop the VMS_License_Service.
В папке

удалить Серверный ключ
32. folder, delete the server.license.key.
В папке должен остаться только ключ с именем в виде ID-системы.
33. Only the key named as the system ID must remain in the folder.
Запустить службу
34. Start the
35. VMS_License_Service.

36. На всех Серверах ПК Интеллект X, находящихся в домене, с помощью утилиты активации активировать ключ Клиента license.key (см. Активация путем распространения лицензионного файла).

Установка приватного Сервера лицензирования на ОС Windows завершена.

Installing the private License Server in Windows OS is complete. The License Server web interface will be available at https://127.0.0.1:444/ (see Logging in to the License Server web interface).

Possible issues

Connection error

Axxon One may fail to establish a connection with License Server. This can occur due to network-level connection blocking.

In such cases, it is recommended to disable the firewall on both the Axxon One computer and the License Server computer.

Additionally, ensure that port 443 is not occupied by another process.

License Server certificate replacement

In some cases, antivirus software may replace the certificate received from the License Server (including public certificates), leading to errors in the logs:

To resolve this, it is recommended to disable traffic interception in the antivirus software. This will ensure that the License Server's certificate is accepted without modifications, allowing the system to function correctly.

License Server error: port 8080 is occupied

The following error may appear in the License Server logs:

This error indicates that the server cannot use port 8080 due to operating system-level restrictions.

To fix this, it is recommended to disable the IIS (Internet Information Services) service. This will free up port 8080, allowing the License Server to function properly.       может помочь выключение сервиса IIS
