특수 유틸리티를 사용하여 POS 단말기에서 정보를 수집하려면 다음을 수행하세요.

1. 이벤트 소스 개체를 비활성화하고 (Configuring POS devices 참조) 서버를 종료합니다 (서버 종료 참조).
2. POS 단말기가 이더넷이나 COM 포트를 통한 데이터 전송을 지원하는 경우, AxxonSoft website에서 POS 단말기 데이터 수집 유틸리티를 다운로드하세요.
3. 보관된 파일의 압축을 풉니다.
4. POS 단말기를 컴퓨터에 연결합니다.
5. ProtocolLicenser.exe 유틸리티 실행 파일을 실행합니다. 서비스에서 프로토콜 읽기창이 열립니다.

6. 로그 파일 이름 필드 에서  필요한 정보가 있는 파일이 저장될 폴더 경로를 지정합니다. 기본적으로 파일은 유틸리티가 있는 아카이브가 압축 해제된 동일한 폴더에 저장됩니다.
7. POS 터미널이 COM 포트를 통해 컴퓨터에 연결되어 있는 경우 COM  탭에서 연결 매개변수를 지정하세요.
8. POS 단말기가 이더넷을 통해 컴퓨터에 연결되어 있는 경우, 해당 탭에서 TCP 또는 UDP 프로토콜에 대한 연결 매개변수를 지정하세요.
9. 시작 버튼을 클릭하여 로그 수집을 시작하세요.
10. POS 단말기를 사용하여 영수증을 발행합니다. 취소, 반품 등 가능한 모든 작업을 실행합니다.
    로그 수집 프로세스는 상태진행률 표시줄에 표시됩니다.

    로그 수집을 마치려면 중지 버튼을 클릭하세요.

POS 단말기에서 가능한 모든 작업을 실행한 후, 영수증 사본이 포함된 로그 파일을 AxxonSoft로 보냅니다

To collect information from the POS-terminal using a special utility, do the following:

1. Disable the Event Source object (see Configuring POS devices) and shutdown the Server (see 서버 종료).
2. If the POS-terminal supports data transmission via Ethernet or via the COM port, download the POS Terminal Data Collection Utility at the AxxonSoft website.
3. Unpack the archive.
4. Connect the POS-terminal to the computer.
5. Run the ProtocolLicenser.exe utility executable file. The Read protocol from service window opens.

6. In the Log file name field, specify a path to the folder where the file with the required information will be saved. By default, the file is saved in the same folder where the archive with the utility was unpacked.
7. If the POS-terminal is connected to the computer via the COM-port, specify the connection parameters in the COM tab.
8. If the POS-terminal is connected to the computer via Ethernet, specify the connection parameters for the TCP or UDP protocol in the corresponding tab.
9. Click the Start button to start log collection.
10. Start using the POS-terminal, i.e. issuing receipts. Execute all possible operations including Cancel, Return, etc.
    Process of log collection is displayed in the Status progress bar.

    To finish log collection, click the Stop button.

After executing all possible operations on the POS-terminal, send the log file with copies of receipts to AxxonSoft.
