To create the Incident manager object, do the following:

  1. Go to the Select the Interfaces tab (1) of the in the System settings dialog box window.

  2. Open In the context menu of the the Display object, on the basis of which you want to create the object should be created, in the Create object submenu select , select the Incident manager item (2) in the Create object submenu.
  3. Enter the number and name of the created object to be created.

  4. Click the Apply button.

As a result, the settings panel for of the Incident manager object will be displayedis displayed.

The incident manager configuration file in JSON format is automatically saved at the path C:\Users\%current username%\AppData\Local\Temp\IncManager and in the folder of the Support.exe utility C:\Users\%current username%\Documents\Support\ (for more details, see Collecting information about videoservers and remote workstations using the Support.exe utility).
