To register the operator rights for an operator account, do the following:

1. Open the Users tab in In the System Settings window settings window, go to the Users tab (1).
2. Create a the User permissions object rights object in one of the following ways:
   
   1. If no User permissions object has user rights have been created yet, click the User permissions button rights button (2).

   2. If at least one
   User permissions object is registered
   3. user right is registered in the system,
   which is shown in
   4. the
   objects tree below the User permissions button, then the
   5. new User
   permissions object
   6. rights object can be created from the context menu of the existing object.
