By default, when working with the Video surveillance monitor, the Operator is not allowed to operator can save and load archive search templates (see see Smart search templates).

To allow the Operator to use prohibit the operator from using templates, do the following:

  1. Go to the settings panel of the User permissions rights object.
  2. On the Main tab, expand in the Archive parameters group.
    Image RemovedSet the group, clear the Allow VMDA filters use checkbox (1).

  3. Click the Apply button (2).

Now the operator with the appropriate rights won't see the Save the template and Load the template buttons in the Video surveillance monitor will be available items for the Operator with the appropriate rightssearch in the archive.
