The Queue length detection module is designed to carry out perform the following functions:

1. Count the number of people waiting in line within a certain time interval.
2. Record the number of people waiting in line in a the database.
3. Plot the crowding in an Create congestion charts of the observed area.
4. Generate an event when the threshold queue length value is exceeded and record it to the Event event protocol database.
