1. In the settings of the Neural tracker, moved the feature of accumulation of a background mask of static objects to the ENABLE_STATIC_OBJECTS_MASK system variable. To enable this feature, create the ENABLE_STATIC_OBJECTS_MASK system variable and set its value to 1 
2. In the settings of the Neural tracker, renamed the DISABLE_CALC_HSV system variable to ENABLE_CALC_HSV. To enable the detection of object color in the GPU-Nvidia GPU 0, 1, 2, or 3 mode, you must create the ENABLE_CALC_HSV system variable and set its value to 1
3. Improved the stability of object tracking for the standard and scanning modes of the Neural tracker
4. Added the Skip Ignore area for the following detectors:
   • Neural tracker
   • Neural counter
   • Queue detector

5. Added new parameters to the Move from area to area standard sub-detector. The parameters areEvent duration for detection triggering (sec) and Time detection mode

6. Added the support for the Intel GPU processors for multiple graphics cards in the Decoder mode parameter for the following detectors:
   • License plate recognition RR
   • License plate recognition RR—Search in archive
   • License plate recognition RR—Parking
   • Vehicle recognition RR Image Removed
Improved the recognition of license plates for the License plate recognition IV for the following countries: Turkey, India, Sri Lanka, EU countries Image Removed
7. Supported the operation of the detection neural networks in the settings of the neural network filter for the Privacy masking detector Image Added.

Recommendations

1. For Linux OS: if before this update, you installed only one detector package that included all the whole analytics tools (not divided into plugins), then before updating, you must remove the installed package without using purge (complete package deletion) by running the following command:

   and then install the necessary plugins.
2. For Linux OS: you must first install the RR SDK Pack before you install packages for the following detectors:
   • License plate recognition RR (RR License plate recognition add-on).;
   • License plate recognition RR—Search in archive (RR License plate recognition add-on).;
   • License plate recognition RR—Parking (RR License plate recognition add-on).;
   • Vehicle recognition RR (RR Vehicle Recognition add-on).

Limitations

1. When you update Face Recognition Pack add-ons (see Installing DetectorPack add-ons) from version 3.13.2 or earlier, the results of the previously recognized persons will become unavailable. If you want to keep the previously recognized persons, don't update the analytics package.
2. The operation of the neural network filter is unavailable in the Object trackerdetector. If there are configured object trackers in the configuration that require enabling the neural network filter, please don't update Detector Pack to version 3.15.1.
3. If you enable the Neural network filter parameter in the Neural tracker detector, it significantly increases the load on the CPU. If there are configured neural trackers in the configuration that require enabling the neural network filter, please don't update Detector Pack to version 3.15.1.
4. In Detector Pack version 3.15.1, the following packages aren't supplied:
   • VL Face Recognition Pack add-on (Face detector VL)
   • VL PPE add-on (Equipment detector VL)
   • VL Fight add-on (Fight detector VL)
   • VL Analytics Pack add-on (Human tracker VL)
   • VL SDK Pack.
     When you use the detectors described above in the system, please don't update the basic Detector Pack to version 3.15.1 to maintain the compatibility.
5. The License plate recognition XR package isn't included for Linux OS. If the corresponding detector is created in the system, please don't update the basic Detector Pack to version 3.15.1 to maintain the compatibility.
