  1. Go to the Settings tab → the Options tab → Experimental features.
  2. Specify the required settings listed in the table:

    ARCHIVE_MODE_SWITCH_LIMIT

    The default value is 256. This feature limits the ability to switch a layout to archive mode if the number of cameras in the current layout exceeds the specified value. The value must be in the range [0, 256]

    • If the layout contains more cameras than specified in ARCHIVE_MODE_SWITCH_LIMIT, the Archive button on the top control panel is disabled.
    • If you set the 0 value, the Live/Archive buttons aren't displayed on the top control panel.
    • When you hover the cursor over the disabled Archive button, the following tooltip is displayed: Switching layout to playback mode is limited to <value> cameras. You can change this number in the client application settings.

    		The default value is 0.00. The value must be in the range [0.00, 100.00]. The stream for the cell is output based on the adjusted cell size, taking into account GREEN_STREAM_SCALE_RATIO

  3. Click the Apply button. To cancel the actions, click the Cancel button.
