To create a new map , complete the following steps:

1. Do one of the following four actions:

   1. In the lower-left part
   Click Image Removed in the bottom left corner
   1. of the screen
   or click  and select Add map from the context menu of the Layouts ribbon.

   1. , click the Image Added button (after displaying the map, see Opening and closing the map).
   2. Click the Image Added button to open the context menu of the layouts ribbon and select Add map.

   3. In the map context menu (right-click the empty background), select Add new map

   4. Select a video camera from the list on the video camera panel by clicking it and, while holding down the mouse button, move the cursor to the empty map background and then release the mouse button.

2. Enter the map's name (1) and choose the picture that will be used as a blueprint of the guarded facility (2).

3. Click Apply (3).

You have created  a new map  and opened it in the editing mode. To leave the editing mode click Apply.

   The maximum image size is 4 million pixels (the number of pixels at 2000x2000 resolution). If a larger image is selected, no map is created

1. It is not necessary to use an image for the map. If you do not, a standard blueprint of the guarded site will be used.

2. Click Apply (3).

You have created a new map.
