The Area visual element needed for searching a selected criterion is automatically displayed in the viewing tile. For the criteria Motion in an area, Loitering in an area and Multiple simultaneous objects in an area, the visual element Area is used. The visual elements Line and Two areas are used only for configuring the criteria Object trajectory crossing a virtual line and Moving from area to area, respectivelyis used for the Motion in Area criteria, the Line visual element for the Line crossing criterion, and the Two areas visual element for the Movement from Area to Area criterion.

The visual element displayed by default must be edited to conform to the needed search query; for example, it may be necessary to increase or decrease the search area, move the virtual line, etc.
