The following recommendations will help to configure the function better: The overview and the PTZ cameras should be close to each other. If they are far from each other, they can interpret the scene differently. Because of this, sometimes the algorithm may not operate correctly. - The points set in the calibration setting should not be on the same line for both the overview and the PTZ camera. It is recommended to set the points for both cameras so that they evenly cover the entire frame.
- The recommended number of points that should be set is 4-10. If you add more points, the algorithm will be configured more accuratelyprecisely. However, this will may increase the chance of introducing a wrongly set point into the calibration algorithm, which can lead to an overall deterioration that some of the points are set up incorrectly, which may cause the decrease of the operation quality.
