To specify common and or individual rights for configuring accessing the access levels, do the following::
- Go to the Access levels tab (1) on the settings panel of the the Access Manager or User rights in Access Manager object or Operators' permissions in AM object.
- If it's required to forbid operators to create access levels, remove the Create checkbox in the Access levels settings group (1).
- If it's required to forbid operators to delete access levels, remove the Delete checkbox in the Access levels settings group (2) If it's required to forbid operators to edit access levels, remove the Edit checkbox in the Access levels settings group (3).
- In the Mode drop-down list (2) select the required mode:
- Prohibition - restrict the access
- Permission - allow the access
- Set the checkboxes (3) next to the required values:
- "Everywhere" - access to the predefined access level "Everywhere".
- "Nowhere" - access to the predefined access level "Nowhere".
- "Common" - access inherited from the department access level.
"Root access levels" - set the checkbox to select all access levels in Intellect or expand the list and set the checkboxes only for the required access levels.
Info title Note Use the Actions button (4) to select and deselect all items, minimize and expand all drop-down lists, and search for access levels or folders.
- Click Apply to save settings (5).
