To add an image to the reference face database, do the following:

1. Load Upoad (see the Load the Upload an image to the reference face database section) or add (see the Add detected faces to the face database section) the required image.

2. Enter Specify the required data about the person in the Last name, Name, Patronymic, Department and Comment fields, if they were not filled in automatically (see the Load Upload an image to the reference face database section) (1).
3. To create the user in the Intellect database click , check the corresponding checkbox box (2).
4. Click the Save button (3).

To interrupt stop adding of the image to the reference face databace database, click the Close button.

If there are several faces on the added image, they are framed with a red frame and the Save button is disabled. To add a person to the reference face database, left-click on one of the framed faces.

Image Added

Icon Image Added or Image Added can be displayed to the right of the image.

The Image Added icon means that the captured face can be added to the DB.

When the Image Added icon is displayed, the Save button is disabled and the captured face cannot be added to the DB. This may be caused by one of the following reasons:

• The reference face database editing is not enabled (see Administrator's Guide, the Activating the reference face database editing section).
• The recognition module is not activated (see Administrator's Guide, the Activation of the recognition module in the Face Intellect software section).
• There is no connection to a Face recognition server.

All images added to the reference face database are also listed in the Found faces Faces found in databaseDB tab.

Similarity The similarity level of the added image with existed the one existing in the reference face database is specified in the Similarity level column. If value of similarity level for image will be is more than value of the Minimum similarity for identification parameter value, than percent then the percentage of similarity and the name of the corresponding person from the database will be dispalyed on displayed next to the adding image.
