Video recording includes the video image received from the camera overlaid with receipt data. To specify the video recording parameters, do the following:

1. Select the video recording mode in the Recording modemodes drop-down list (1). The following modes are available:
   1. Continuous recording - video is recorded continuously;
   2. Record on receipt beginningBeginning/end of receipt record – video recording starts at the beginning of a receipt and stops at the end;
   3. Save one frame per receipt –the video recording contains one video frame for each operation in the receipt.

2. If the Record on receipt beginningBeginning/end mode of receipt record mode is selected, enter the time interval (sec) of recording after receiving events from the posPOS-terminals between strings where the receipt begin and end are found in the Record period: field  field (12).

3. Check the Motion detector checkbox to enable the video recording upon a motion detector alarm (43).

   It does not make sense to enable recording upon motion detector, if the Continuous recording mode is selected.

   title Warning!
   If the recording upon motion detector is enabled, uncheck the Record alarms checkbox in all cameras related to the captioners selected in this POS-terminal (see the Selecting the captioners  section). Record alarms option in cameras settings is disabled automatically when Motion detector option  option on the POS-terminal settings panel  is applied.

   
   

4. Click Apply

   Check the Receipts only checkbox to include into the captioners the receipt data between the beginning and end word only (4)

   When the Receipts only checkbox is activated, but regular expressions of check’s beginning and end are not set, recording to the Captioner is not performed.

   
   

2. Click Apply (5).

The video recording parameters are now set.
