To display camera boxes windows (windows with video images) one of the following modes is in useused:
The Active camera mode. Only the active camera box window is displayed in the Monitor interface boxwindow.

boxwindow is switched to the active mode using another Video surveillance monitor. So, when the Active camera display mode is
in useused, more than one Monitor object
is toshould be created in the system. If only one Monitor object is created and the Active camera display mode is selected for it, then surveillance windows won’t be displayed on the monitor.

- The Alarms Alarm cameras mode. The boxes windows of the alarm cameras are displayed in the Monitor interface boxwindow.
- The List mode. Camera boxes windows are displayed in the Monitorbox according window according to the selected layout.
Functions available in the List mode:
- Control panelToolbar (see Setting the parameters of the Monitor interface box);
- Slideshow.
The control panel toolbar is displayed in the the Monitor interface box window and enables the following operations:
- Select the number of dislayed the displayed cameras;
- Set and use the layouts of cameras;
- Control the slideshow.
Current date and time are also displayed on the control paneltoolbar.
Slideshow The slideshow is used for a successive close-up displaying display of camera boxes windows on the Monitor. Slideshow is performed with the help of the buttons on the toolbar of the Monitor in two ways:
- Manually. Buttons of for switching to the previous or next camera box window are in useused.
- Automatically. Switching to the next camera box window is performed automatically in a set period of time.
To set the display mode for camera boxeswindows, do the following:
- Go to the settings panel for of the Monitor interface boxobject.
- To activate enable the Active camera mode, set the Active camera switch radio button in the Basic settings tab (1).
- To activate enable the Alarm cameras mode, set the Alarm cameras switch radio button in the Basic settings tab (2). As a result, the Min. field is will be available.
In the Max field, specify the required maximum number of cameras boxes which are to camera windows that should be displayed on the Monitor in the Alarm cameras or List mode (3). If the number of alarm cameras exceeds the maximum onenumber, then displaying the display of the camera boxeswindows, the alarms on which have been were registered earlier, is stopped.
Info title Example. The Monitor object is set for operation with the maximum number of alarm cameras, equal to 5five. When alarm has been is registered on three more cameras, seven cameras are alarmed at the same time. This exceeds a the maximum acceptable number, so the displaying display of Camera 1 and Camera 2 boxes windows is stopped. If the number of cameras is less than the maximum or not specified, then camera windows fill the maximum available space of the Monitor.
Info title Note In order for the camera windows in the Monitor to be displayed as symmetrical folds (1, 2x2, 3x3, 4x4, etc.), it is necessary to add the TrySquareLayout registry key (see Registry keys reference guide).
If the Alarm cameras mode is selected, then in the Min field, In the Min field specify the required minimum number of cameras images of which are to be displayed on the Monitor even on no-alarm layout of the Video surveillance monitor (4). If the number of the alarm cameras is less than a the minimum one, then boxes of cameras alarm on which ended last of all are displayed on the Monitor.number, the Monitor will display fewer cameras than specified in the Min field. The fold of the Monitor will correspond to the Min field. The following folds (number of camera windows) are available: 1, 4, 9, etc.
If there is no alarm, and if the default value of 0 (zero) is set for the Min parameter, the camera windows are not displayed in the Monitor window. By default, the Min field is empty.Info title Example. The Monitor object is set for operation with the minimum number of alarm cameras, equal to

On no- alarm if the default value (0) of the Min parameter is set, camera boxes are not displayed in the Monitor box., and the Monitor will switch to the four-fold display.
- To enable To activate the List mode, set the List switch radio button in the Basic settings tab (5).
If necessary, specify the required value (in seconds) of automatic slideshow for of the camera boxes windows in the Slideshow field (6). The default camera windows scroll interval is 3 second. If you enter 0 in the field, the default value will be applied. The maximum possible value is 600 seconds.
Info title Note. This This setting is relevant only
ifin the List mode when the toolbar is
in use in the List modeused.
Instead of camera windows slideshow, you can enable layouts slideshow using the CycleByLayouts registry key (see Registry keys reference guide).
- To save all the changes, click the Apply button (7).
The display mode for of camera boxes windows is now configured.
