A Detailed general report presents contains the information about the presence total number of staff people in the area with details by employees. The report contains the information about the department, with the specified work schedule, the number of department's employees in the selected region at the time of the report creation or on the specified date and time.
The report fields are described in the table.

The employees that are present in the area when the report is made are marked with "+", those who are absent are marked with "-". |
In the Total line there is the information about the total number of people in the department, total number of employees present in the area and the percentage of employees in the area when the report is made.short report, the employees who are not present in the selected region are hidden:
