There are following ways to upload the images:

The data for the created person may be generated automatically: the values of the Last nameName, Patronymic and Department fields are taken from the name of the uploaded file. Dot, space or underscore can be used as a separator.

The format of the file name is to be in on of the following formats:

  • %last name%.%name%.%patronymic%.%department%.%any text, % will be ignored when adding a person.%file format%
  • %last name% %name% %patronymic% %department% %any text, % will be ignored when adding a person.%file format%
  • %last name%_%name%_%patronymic%_%department%_%any text, % will be ignored when adding a person%file format%

Supported file formats: JPG, JPEG, JPE, JFIF, PNG, GIF and BMP.

  1. Load from file.
    The process of uploading an image from the file to the reference face database is similar to uploading an image from the file for search (see Uploading image from a file).

    In the opened dialog window specify the path and name of file with uploaded image and click the Open button.

  4. From video archive.
    Process of uploading image to the face database from video archive is the same as loading image from

    ).

  5. When adding images from a folder, it is possible to automatically move unprocessed images (face was not recognized, bad image quality, etc.) to a specific folder. For this specify the folder path in the config file.

    From Load from folder.
    In the opened dialog window select the folder with that contains the required images and click theOK button
