The SIP-terminal functionality in Intellect can be expanded using the flexible macro configurations - see Creating and using macros. Below is a description of the main available macros and their parameters.

If No is selected, then one call can be answered by several operators or devices, and thus a group call can be organized. If Yes is selected, the call will go to operators or devices until it is accepted by any operator and device, after which it will be automatically ended for others.
