To specify common and individual rights for configuring and viewing accessing the time zones, do the following:

1. Go to the settings panel of the Access Manager or Operators'' permissions in AM object.

   1. If it's required to forbid operators to create time zones, remove the Create checkbox (1).
   2. If it's required to forbid operators to delete time zones, remove the Delete checkbox (2)
   3. If it's required to forbid operators to edit time zones, remove the Edit checkbox (3).To specify common and individual rights for restricting the access to time zones, do the following:
   Go to the Time zones tab (1) on the settings panel of the Access Manager or Operators'' permissions in AM object.

2. In the Mode drop-down list (2) select the required mode:
   • Prohibition - restrict the access.
   • Permission - allow the access.
3. Set the checkboxes (3) next to the required values:
   • "Always" - access to the predefined time zone "Always".
   • "Never" - access to the predefined time zone "Never".

   • "Root time zones" - set the checkbox to select all time zones in Intellect or expand the list and set the checkboxes only for the required time zones.

     Use the Actions button (4) to select and deselect all items, minimize and expand all drop-down lists, and search for time zones or folders.

     
     

4. Click Apply to save settings (5).
