Lists of reference faces are used to perform automatic system responses when when a recognized face is identified against an external listfrom the list is recognized (see Configuring real-time facial recognition).
To create a list of faces, do the following:
- Click the Faces link.
- Click the Add button.
- Enter the name of a list (1).
- Set a minimum percentage of face similarity (2).
- Click OK.
A list of faces is created.
The number of lists of faces in the system is unlimited.

Currently, the To correctly synchronize lists of faces are synchronized only in one direction: from AxxonNet to Axxon Next Client. The lists of faces created in Axxon Next Client (see Create a List of Faces) can not be edited in AxxonNet. |
To edit the name of the list and the percentage of face similarity, click the button and then select Edit, to delete the list - select Delete.
To add photos to the list, do the following:

with the domain, enable the Check in lists parameter for the face detection tool (see Category: Face). |

By default, each user can upload no more than 1 GB of photos per day and no more than 30 GB per month. This limit is managed by the system administrator. |
After the uploading, the photos will be added to the list.

If the connection to AxxonNet is lost during the upload, the photos will be automatically uploaded after reconnecting. |
When you click on a photo, a window will open where you can enter additional information about this person.
To remove a photo from the list of faces, move the mouse cursor over the photo and click the button .
To move photos to other list, do the following:
- Select one or more photos using the Ctrl, or Shift keys or by clicking on the
icon in the upper left corner of the photo.
In the upper right corner of the screen, click the
Info title Note To delete selected photos, click the
- Select a new list and click the Apply button.
The photo can be searched using any information specified for a given person as a criterion.
