Overview
To go to the archive, put the switch in the position in the live viewing mode. As a result, a window for viewing the video archive will open:

To enable viewing the video archive from any Server, the mjpeg video playback format should be selected (see Configuring video). To view the video archive from the Axxon Next Server of version 4.2.0.7697 or higher, the mp4 via ffmpeg video playback format can also be selected. |

To open the video in full screen click the button. To return click the button.
Video playback is controlled using these buttons:
- Play recording: ;
- Pause playback: ;
- Go 10 minutes back ;
- Go 10 minutes forward ;
- Go to the archive beginning - to the first recorded video ;
- Go to the archive ending - to the last recorded video .
Playback can be speeded up, slowed down as well as it can be backward/forward.

The button is always displayed for the mjpeg playback format. For H.264 and H.265 formats it is displayed only if the video from the camera is recorded to several archives. The playback format depends on the Server configuration. |
To select the video resolution or the viewed archive, click the button:
If the archived video is displayed in mjpeg format, then a window will open where you can select the resolution:
If the video from the camera is recorded to several archives, then a window will open where you can select the required archive for viewing:
Archive video controls
Use the following buttons to control the playback: - pause, - play.
You can navigate through the archive using the timeline at the bottom of the screen. Do it by by swiping left and right on the timeline.
You can change the timeline scale by using the buttons or by using two fingers to pinch in/out the timeline. You can also zoom in on the timeline by double-tapping the timeline.
It is possible to speed up, slow down, and also change the direction (forward/reverse) of playback using the buttonsTo play video backwards put the slider to the left from the initial position (х1). The current playback speed is displayed below the slider on the maps. To play video forwards put + before the speed; to play video backwards put - between the buttons. During a reverse playback, a - sign is displayed before the speed rate.

If the video from the camera is recorded to several archives, then to select the archive to be viewed, click the button and select the required video archive (2) on the Archive tab (1).
To navigate the archive click on the time and date area.
In the window that opens, select the point in time to which you want to navigate.
To select the date and time for viewing the archive, click on the date and time:
As a result, a window will open where you can select the date (1) and the exact time (2):
To go to the selected point in time, click OK (3).

If there is no archive record for the specified point in time, you will be positioned to the nearest moment in the archive towards the increase in time. |
When you move to the next camera using the and buttons, the time in the archive will be set to the same time that was set on the previous camera.
To go to the first record of the archive, click , to go to the last record of the archive, click .
To go 10 seconds back, click , to go 10 seconds forward - click .
To return to viewing live video, move the switch to the position (see Viewing live video in AxxonNet client on Android OS).
If the video is recorded with sound, you can turn it on using the button, and turn it off using the button.

The audio control button may not appear if the video has not started playing. |
To view the video in picture-in-picture mode, click button in the upper right corner and select Picture-in-picture in the menu that opens. To return to viewing the video in normal mode, click on the floating window with the video.
To rotate the camera image, click button in the upper right corner and select Image rotation in the menu that opens. Select the rotation angle in the window that opens:
Select the required rotation angle, and click OK.
Horizontal display
On Android mobile devices, the application is available in vertical and horizontal display. To change the display, it is necessary to enable the ability to change the screen orientation and rotate the device in the device settings.
In horizontal display, controls hide automatically with a small delay and reappear when you tap on the screen.
