By default, the camera ID short name is displayed in the viewing tilesurveillance window (see The Video Camera Object).

To disable displaying the IDshort name, do as follows:

  1. Go to Settings → Options → User interface Options (1) → User Interface (1–2).

  2. Uncheck Clear the Show Show camera ID ID checkbox (3).
  3. Click Apply to save the changesClick the Apply button.
  4. Reopen the Layout layout (see see Layouts Management).
