Video stream requirements for the Water level detector Image Camera requirements for the Water level detectiondetector |
To configure the Water level detection detector, do the following:
- Go to the Detectors tab.
- Below the required camera, click Create… → Category:
...
- Production Safety → Water level detector.
By default, the detector is enabled and set to detect the water level in the frame.
If necessary, you can change the detector parameters. The list of parameters is given in the table:
Parameter | Value | Description |
---|---|---|

Neural network file | Select a neural network file. The standard neural networks for different processor types are located in the C:\Program Files\Common Files\AxxonSoft\DetectorPack\NeuroSDK directory. You don't need to select the standard neural networks in this field, the system will automatically select the required one. If you use a custom neural network, enter a path to the file.

Note title Attention! Top When you specify the measuring scale, its top and bottom
values of the measurement scale should match the actual settings (see i. 9).borders must match the values specified in the Visible bottom value and Visible top value parameters.
Info title Note Water The water level
sensor indicator is
shown displayed in the lower left corner. If the
sensor indicator is
bluegreen, the water level is below high and critical marks. If the
sensor indicator is
yelloworange, the water level is at high mark, but below critical mark. A red
sensor indicator means that water level is above critical mark.
- Draw a line to set the top limit for water level upon reaching which the detection tool triggers an alarm.
- Draw a line to set the top limit for water level upon reaching which the detection tool highlights the sensor icon in the video surveillance window with yellow color.
- Click the Apply button.
- Specify an upper line, exceeding which the detector will generate an event.
- Specify a lower line, exceeding which the detector will give a warning in the form of orange color of the sensor in the Surveillance window.

Configuration of the Water level detector is Configuring Water level detection tool is complete.
When you have created a detection toolthe detector, you can see a sensor on the layout in the video surveillance Surveillance window.
If the sensor icon is green , the water level is lower than both critical and high marks. If the icon is yellow orange , the water level is above the high mark, but below the critical mark. A red icon means that the water level is above the critical mark.
You can also add a numerical value of the water level to the video surveillance Surveillance window (see see Configuring display of water level detectionsensor).
