On the Detection Tools Detectors tab, you can check whether the detection tools are being triggeredevents of detectors. To do this, do the following:

  1. In the list of

  3. detectors, select the

  5. detector, which events you want to check.

  8. Reproduce an event upon the occurrence of which the
  9. detection tool should be triggered: the start of movement
  10. detector must display a frame in the event feed: start of motion in the frame,
  11. turning the video
  12. camera rotation, sending sound to an audio device,
  13. etc
  14. and so on.

VMS checks the on/off status of detection tools when they triggered and stopped. Not applicable to detection of: quality loss, position change, disappearance of an object, motion stop and ANPR.

  • If a detector has a start and end event, the current state of such a detector is monitored.
