AxxonData generates reports based on events from Axxon One.

  • Reports are available only to the first user with the admin role. You cannot delete this user. Otherwise, the reports will become unavailable, and you will have to contact the AxxonSoft technical support to restore them.
  • Events get into the report subsystem approximately five seconds after they occur.
  • To ensure the correct operation of the reports, the data transfer rate with the Axxon One Server must be at least 300 kbps.
  • When you download a scheduled AxxonData report using the link in the email, it can be downloaded only on the computer on which AxxonData is installed.
  • To download scheduled reports on other computer, it must be on the same local network as AxxonDataInterval report on the number of persons recognized in AxxonData or be connected to this network via VPN.
  • In the Reports.env file located in the C:\Program Files\AxxonSoft\AxxonData folder, it is necessary to change the value of the AXXONDATA_CLOUD_URL variable to the IP address of the computer on which AxxonData is installed.
  • Google Chrome and Opera browsers block downloading files via HTTP. You can download the report by right-clicking the download link and selecting the Save link as option.
  • Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox browsers require confirmation of the file download. You can also copy the report download link and open it in a new browser tab or window.

To access the reports, click the Reports tab. The following reports are available in AxxonData: 

  1. Alarms reports:

  2. Facial recognition reports:

  3. ANPR/LPR reports:

  4. Visitors reports:

    1. Visitor count per day (by hour) (see Visitors report by hour in AxxonData).

  5. PPE Detection reports:

By default, a maximum of 500 events is displayed in the search results. You can increase the limit only in the local report subsystem. To increase the limit, please contact technical support. Attention! Increasing the limit can impact system performance and increase the time it takes to generate results.
