Configuration via mobile device settings
To configure the debug information via mobile device settings, do the following:
- Go to the settings of your mobile device.

These settings are used for debugging. It is not recommended to change them. |
The debug information is configured in the DEBUG section in the following way:

- Enable the Shake to view network calls parameter to open the screen with the list of all network queries by shaking the mobile device when the app is running. On this
- Open the AxxonNet app.
- Shake the mobile device. This will open a screen, in which you can search for queries requests by keywords, configure the filtering of the displayed queriesrequests, and view additional help information.

For iOS versions 15 and earlier, viewing logs is not available, but you can use the settings tab Image Added→ Help & Feedback to send previously collected logs or delete them (see Configuration via app settings). |
- Select the
Image Added button to share the current logs. - On the screen that opens, select the Share button.

As a result, you can copy the log file or share it via email or social media.
Configuration via app settings
To configure the debug information via the app settings, do the following:
- Open the AxxonNet app.
- Select the
Image Added gear icon. - On the screen that opens, select Help & Feedback.
Image Added - If you want to send previously collected logs, select Share Logs.
Image Added - If you want to delete all collected logs in the system, select Clear Logs.
Configuration of the debug information is complete. You can share the collected logs with AxxonSoft technical support specialists if there are problems with the app.
