Alarm events are displayed in order of priority on the Alarm Board (see Initiating an Initiate alarm in the system).

To escalate an alarm, click the button. A window will open, in which it is possible to set the area of visibility for the roles whose users can see the alarm, as well as change the alarm priority for the selected role. When displayed on the Alarm Board, the higher the priority of the alarm, the higher it will be located in the alarms list.
