The Alerts tab is available only when you connect to the Axxon One Server directly or via AxxonNet (see Connection via AxxonNet in the AxxonNet mobile client on Android OS, Direct connection in the AxxonNet mobile client on Android OS).

When an alert occurs, the Cameras tab will display displays the icon and the number of alert events in the camera window in which the alarm alert occurred.

The Profile tab also displays the number of active alerts in the system above the Alerts icon.

To view alerts, go to the Profile tab → Services menu → Alerts (see see The Profile tab of in the AxxonNet mobile client on Android OS).

Viewing alerts

The Alerts screen displays the current alerts in the system. For each alert, you can see:

The alerts on the screen are displayed in descending order of priority that is set in Axxon One (see Initiating an alarm in the systemsee Initiate alarm). The priority of the alerts is displayed in the list and indicated by icons:

Image RemovedImage Added—low priority;

Image RemovedImage Added—lowest priority.

By default, active alerts are displayed on the screen as a list. To change the display of alerts, click select the Image Removed Image Added icon in the upper right corner and select the appearance view type:

  • Tile (Image Added)alerts will be are displayed as tiles.
  • Table (Image Added)alerts will be are displayed as a table.
  • Tape (Image Added)alerts will be are displayed as a tape.

If you want to display cropped frames of the moment the an alert occurred, click select the Crop image button.

Alerts filter

If you want to view only certain alerts, you can set the alerts display filter. To do this, click select the Image Removed Image Added button. A window will open in which opens where you must do the following:

  1. In the Interval parameter, select Select one of the preset time intervals for which you want to display alerts (1).
  2. If necessary, you can set the time interval manually by clicking selecting the date or time in the Time from and Time to parameters (2).
  3. Select In the Camera parameter, choose a camera by clicking all (3)selecting All.
  4. Click Select the Apply button.

A list of alerts corresponding to the specified filter will be displayed.

Processing alerts

To take an alert into processing, select the an alert with the Image Removed Image Added Wait for reaction icon from the list. In the window that opens, click select the Review button.

A window displaying opens that displays the image received at the moment an alert occurred will open. Also, in the window you can select the alert state: confirmed, suspicious, false, or cancel alert processing.

After you took an alert into processing, the Alerts screen will display it will be displayed on a tab with active alerts and closed alerts.

Information about alert

On the tab with closed alerts, icons indicate the state of the an alert:

  • Image RemovedImage Added—confirmed alert;
  • Image RemovedImage Added—suspicious situation;
  • Image RemovedImage Added—false alert;
  • Image RemovedImage Added—missed alert.

When you select an alert in the list, a window will be displayed opens that shows the following elements:

  • image captured at the time the an alert occurred;
  • information about the an alert: camera, date, state, and source of the mark;
  • alert control panel.
