Interaction between ACFA Intellect and Sphinx server is configured on the settings panel of the Sphinx server object. This object is created on the base of the Computer object in the Hardware tab of the System settings dialog box.

To configure interaction between ACFA Intellect and Sphinx server do To configure the Sigur server connection to ACFA Intellect, do the following:

1. Go to the settings panel of the Sphinx Sigur server object.
   

   In the Server parameters field (1), enter the IP address of the Sigur server.

   The version of Sphinx integration module is displayed in the Module version field (5). The following information is displayed in the Server parameters group area (2): Version of Sphinx DB version — the version of Sigur ACS database (the DB version field) ; Version of Sphinx server – Client data exchange protocol (the Interface version field) Interface version — the version of the data exchange protocol between Sigur server and ACFA Intellect; Port — the port used for Sphinx the Sigur server- Client connection (the Port field). Intellect Server is the Client in this case.

   Specify the Sphinx server IP address in the IP field (1)

2. In the User authorization group specify the username (the Username field Synchronization (3) and password Username (the Password field) used to login to the Sphinx server (3).

   Any pair of values used to login to Sphinx Client is to be specified (see reference documentation about Sphinx ACS).

   To login to Sphinx server click the Register button (4).
   As a result the Access point objects that correspond to Sphinx ACS access points are created in the objects tree of the ACFA Intellect objects4) fields, enter the username and password, respectively, used to login to the Sigur ACS Client software (see the official reference documentation for the Sigur ACS).

3. From the Workmode drop-down list (5), select the operation mode of the Sigur server:

   • Full capacity — configuration, management and monitoring are available.

   • Monitoring — only management and monitoring are available. Also, the Synchronization and management of Sigur ACS configuration and Configuring the Sigur user access cards will be unavailable.

4. Click the Apply button to save all the changes (6).
