Event log allows for the expedient generation Viewer allows you to generate and printout of the event list based on the specified criteria.
To generate and printout a report, select the Show report function item in the function menu of any source object menu in the table, or press simultaneously the Ctrl + P key combination.
Specify the start and completion end date and time of the event, which will be used in the report.
As soon as you press click the Print button, the preview window of the generated list of events appearswill be displayed, the interface of which is shown in the figure. By default, the report start date and time (from:) are set equal to the date and time of the first, the oldest earliest event displayed in the Event log Viewer according to the filter, and report end date and time (to:) are set to the date and time of the last , the newest displayed event.
The appearing window will show In the window that appears, the generated report will be displayed as it will be printed out.

If the Region and/or Card columns are were hidden in when configuring the Event Viewer window according to settings object, they will be included into the report nevertheless. |
The upper part of the window displays a tools panel toolbar with the report control elements:
- Set of elements for browsing report pages
- Report printout and print pre-setting control elements
- Report export control elements
- Report display scale
- Search function through in the report text
- Number of event recordings contained in the given report
- Report generation indicator (percentage of the events downloaded up to a certain point in time into the preview window).
Browsing To browse through the report uses , use the following set of elements . Report view scale is specified using the field.
Search through Click the button to search in the report text uses . To search through the report text, enter the item you are looking for into the field and click . The Find text dialog box opens to specify the parameters: search line, case sensitivity, search direction.
Click the Find button to run the search. Click the Find next button to go to the next result. Found items will be highlighted in the report text.
To find the next required item press once more.
To send the generated report for printing, press . Specify printer parameters using click the button. A standard dialog box for print setup opens.

Additionally, You can also export the report may be exported to a file of the specified file format, saved to a disk, opened in an associated application or sent by e-mail. To export the report press , click the .
In the appearing box select the required file format to export the report (Format field) and further operations with the file (Destination field). Operation options with the report file are given below.
Destination field meaning:
Application. Report is exported to the file of a pre-defined format (Format field) and opens in the associated application.
Disk file. Report is exported to the file of a pre-defined format (Format field) and is saved in the specified file.
Exchange Folder / Lotus Domino / Microsoft Mail (MAPI). Report is exported to the pre-defined file format (Format field) and attached to the new message in the Destination field of the mail program.
button. A standard dialog box for saving the file will open. The following export file formats are available: pdf, rtf, htm, xls, csv, gif, jpg, bmp, emf, tif, png.

All further operations with the exported report file are controlled through performed in the associated applications and do not depend on the Intellect system. |
