The Report by first and last card presenting per calendar day is a table which contains the information about the time of first and last presenting of time the card by the selected employee presented the card to the passage point. This report ignores working schedulesWorking schedules are ignored in the report, the data is displayed per calendar day. All passage points are analyzed during the report generation.

To create the Report by first and last card presenting per calendar day, do the following:

  1. Select the Report by first and last card presenting per calendar day

  1. (see Selecting the type of Access Manager report). As a result the dialog box for specifying the report parameters will be displayed.

  2. Set the report parameters in the following way:
    1. In the Departments/Employees field (1) set checkboxes for the departments and employees, the information on which should be displayed in the report.

    2. From the Period drop-down list (2) select the time period for which the report is to be created.

Minimal time period for report displaying is a week.

    1. If the Custom period is selected, enter the date of start and end periods for which the report is to be created in the from and to fields (3) using the Calendar tool. Click the Image Added button near the corresponding field to use the Calendar tool.


  1. To create a report, click Execute (4).
    As a result, the report with specified parameters is displayed.
