Submit a request as follows:

  1. Sign in Login to JIRA
  2. Click Create Issue button located in top-right corner
  3. Select SUPPORT project
  4. Click Create Issue

  8. Configuration Id – put license identification type (Guardant dongle, HID, etc)
  9. Product – select product in question
  10. Customer Type – specify your relationship with us
  11. Component/s – choose Uknown or choose components in question.
  12. Environment – describe OS, product versions, hardware models, firmware versions of installation
  13. Description – type more detailed description
    • .
    • Country – select the country you are in.
    • Phone number – enter your contact phone number.
    • Product – select the software you are using.
    • Description – describe your question in detail.
    • Attachment – click the Browse button, select a

    • screenshot or other file you want to attach (up to 3 files,
    max 50MB)
  14. Click Create
