Creating a dashboard

Create a dashboard as follows:

1. On the Dashboards main page My dashboards tab, click the Create link or select the Create item from the user menu Image Added button.

2. Click the Image Added button to create widgets To add a widget, click the Image Removed button in the upper right corner (see Configuring the widgets).

   Widgets are required to create a dashboard. After you create widgets, they will be automatically added to the dashboard one by one starting from the upper top left corner.

   To edit a widget, click the Image Removed button, to delete — click Image Removed.

   To save the dashboard, click the Image Removed button.

   To cancel creating a dashboard, click Image Removed.

   
   

3. When you finish adding the necessary widgets, click the Image Added button.

4. Enter the dashboard name (1).

5. If necessary, enter a description (2).
6. Set one or more tags (3). In the list of available dashboards, the created dashboard will be displayed in each tag group (see Selecting a dashboard).
7. Select the language used in which the dashboard data will be displayed (4).
8. Set the Public checkbox to make this dashboard available to other users.

9. To

   make it possible to select a common filter for all dashboard widgets (see Filtering data on a dashboard), set the appropriate checkbox.To

   download the created dashboard template

   as

   to a JSON file, click

   the Image Removed

   the Image Added button. Later on, this file can be imported by

   another

   other user (see Importing dashboards from file).

10. Click the Create button. To cancel the creation of the dashboard, click the Cancel button.

The dashboard is created.

Editing a dashboard

Edit the dashboard as follows:

1. Select a required dashboard on the My dashboards tab.
2. Click the Image Added button.
3. Make the necessary changes.
4. To view and edit the source code of the dashboard, do the following:
   1. Click the Image Added button.
   2. If necessary, edit the source code.

   3. Click the Set button to save the changes. To return to step 3, click the Cancel button.
5. Click the Image Added button.
6. In the Dashboard store window, click Update.

The dashboard is now edited.

Deleting a dashboard

Delete the dashboard as follows:

1. Set the checkbox Image Added next to the required dashboard on the My dashboards tab.
2. Click the Image Added button.
3. To delete the selected dashboard, click the Confirm button. To return to step 1, click the Cancel button.

The dashboard is now deleted.
